Hongzeng Zhang is a PhD candidate in the Department of Urban Development and Management, School of Public Affairs, Zhejiang University, and is affiliated with the Interdisciplinary “Liberal Arts + X” Center at Zhejiang University. He received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Zhejiang University. His research is grounded in urban science, integrating spatial data analytics and geospatial AI to better understand cities and human–environment interactions. His current research leverages multi-source spatial data to investigate urban perception, urban form, and how people perceive and interact with the built environment, with implications for sustainable and human-centered urban development.
