Dr. Kunihiko Fujiwara is a Visiting Research Fellow in the Urban Analytics Lab at NUS. He has been seconded by Takenaka Corporation, a construction company in Japan, to join this laboratory. He holds a Ph.D. in Urban Design and Built Environment and a Master’s in Environmental Science and Technology from the Tokyo Institute of Technology in Japan. His research fields include urban thermal environment and urban greening, and he is an expert in numerical analysis of urban thermal environment and optimization of landscape design.
