Annette is a psychology graduate and has done a thesis on attachment theory and academic procrastination. She was also involved in data mining and statistical analysis of the effectiveness of the Youthtech Traineeship Programme, created by the National Youth Council of Singapore, in digital upskilling and employability in the long run.
