Dr. Matias Quintana is a Research Fellow and Project Manager at the Singapore-ETH Centre (SEC) and NUS Urban Analytics Lab. He holds a PhD from the Department of the Built Environment, National University of Singapore, and a MSc in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University. His recent work focuses on deep unsupervised learning, recommender systems, time-series outlier detection, agent-based modeling, and reinforcement learning with human-in-the-loop control and now is expanding to urban semantics.
