We are pleased to announce that Dr Filip Biljecki, the founder and the principal investigator of the Lab, has been awarded the prestigious NUS Presidential Young Professorship (PYP).

We are pleased to welcome Abraham Noah Wu as a new full-time researcher in the group, working on our flagship project on generating large-scale 3D city models.

We welcome Yoong Shin Chow as new full-time researcher in the group.

She will be working on a new project on developing a method to generate 3D city models using geographic data science and machine learning. The work aspires to create 3D city models of cities that do not have 3D data yet, which would open the door for environmental analyses and other urban analytics purposes.
